We are currently supporting our full service legal firm client in their search for a Legal Secretary. Supporting the Family Law and Civil Litigation Teams you will provide secretarial support to a busy department.

    

This is a permanent position and duties include:

  • Preparing and processing legal documentation and forms, using case management systems and databases where applicable. 
  • Audio and copy typing. 
  • Diary management. 
  • Communicating with clients and third parties in a tactful and diplomatic manner. 
  • Document management and filing. 
  • Cash work and typing of accounts and fees. 

    

This is a full-time position however flexible working hours may be considered.

    

The ideal applicant will have legal secretary experience with experience working in family law and civil litigation. Strong skills in using Microsoft Office and the ability to work under pressure is essential. Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, typing, as well as strong IT and administrative skills required.
