Office Administrator - VR/30279

An Office Administrator is required ideally on an immediate basis, though short notice can be considered. This would be a permanent role, however open to someone supporting on a temporary basis with view to become permanent or for the interim. Supporting with day to day admin duties therefore previous experience in a similar role required and access to a car or train station due to location.

     

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling all data processing including the input of information from customer PO’s onto company system.
  • Purchasing required supplies for office, including stationary orders etc.
  • Invoicing support.
  • Managing documents, including matching up doc packs, scanning, and filing.
  • Answering phone/directing calls.

      

Applicants to this role require:

  • Previous experience in similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems, e.g. Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach.
  • Ability to work to own initiative.
