URGENT requirement for a Payroll Advisor to join a global oil and gas service provider-based West of Aberdeen. This is a temporary position through to October initially with hybrid working available. The ideal candidate will possess global payroll experience, however not essential. An immediate start is preferred.

   

Forming part of the HR function, your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the end to end payroll cycle alongside the external payroll provider for numerous payrolls across a range of countries.
  • Ensuring input and output is on track and approvals, funding and payments to employees and third parties are delivered on time.
  • Responsible for checking all payroll input and following up on any corrections.
  • You will be the first point of contact for any payroll / benefits queries, liaising with the wider HR Team for information / support, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Managing general benefit information and liaising with brokers / advisors in multiple countries.
