TMM Recruitment is assisting our global Energy Service client with an Aberdeen-based, permanent Personnel Logistics Coordinator vacancy. The successful applicant will join a loyal and supportive team in mobilising suitably qualified/certified personnel to both on and offshore locations, and will bring experience from a similar customer-focused role elsewhere in the industry.

        

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Focal point for offshore personnel and assigned vessels on crew change logistics.
  • Arranging the mobilisation/demobilisation of offshore personnel in accordance with assigned personnel requests.
  • Booking travel in accordance with the company travel policies.
  • Responsible for compliance checking of offshore personnel prior to mobilisation.
  • Responsible for daily scheduling / crew change maintenance in Crew Management System.
  • Liaising with agencies when organising crew changes.
  • Accurately tracking personnel in crewing system and in accordance with payroll and billing processes.
  • Participating in on-call rotation.
  • Undertaking all administrative tasks associated with the role.
  • Any other departmental tasks as required.

     

Applicants to this role require

  • Experience in a similar offshore-focused personnel Logistics or Crewing coordination role.
  • Effective communication skills, reporting all relevant information to and from management clearly and concisely; listening to others and prepared to receive feedback.
  • Good team and time management, identifying priorities and remaining focused on outcomes.
  • Proactivity and demonstrable initiative towards improvements in the workplace.
  • The ability to set realistic goals which are achievable and measurable, motivating others and acknowledging achievement.
  • Self-motivation, respect for others and the ability to cooperate and adapt to change.
  • Commercial and financial awareness.
  • Recruitment experience (desirable).
