Rentals Assistant required to join our client in Portlethen on a permanent basis.

    

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Processing Inspection Reports.
  • Processing rejected tools – advising client of damage / invoicing / updating and maintaining repair spreadsheets.
  • Raising POs – repairs / pressure tests / purchasing.
  • Returns – Booking tools back in from machine shops / jobs / new manufactures.
  • Updating client trackers.
  • Assisting with month end invoicing.
  • Processing Customs Clearance and keeping customs documents up to date.
  • Processing certification package for Rental Coordinators.
  • Booking out jobs when required.
  • Location sheets – updating system of tools location on the Aspire system.
  • Filing / scanning and answering calls.

        

Applicants to this position must have previous experience in a similar role.
