Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers at all times.
• Ensuring sales orders and quotations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining excellent communication with personnel of all levels.
• Overseeing customer accounts and actively seeking out ways to enhance performance when necessary.
• Expediting customer and supplier orders.
• Ensuring all returns are processed and closed out in line with company procedures.
• Complying with the companies HSEQ policies and procedures
• Assisting other colleagues with tasks when necessary

Applicants to this position should have previous experience in an internal sales role and ideally have experience within an electrical wholesale environment. To be successful in this position, you should also have excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
