As Senior Commercial Advisor, you’ll primarily be focussed on supporting the preparation of a commercial response to third-party business requests for service in relation to the company’s operated interests.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Developing a good understanding of existing infrastructure agreements and operations.
• Working with the Legal Advisor to prepare and negotiate study agreements, construction and tie-in agreements and transportation and / or processing agreements in relation to third-party activities or requests for service.
• Working collaboratively with JV owners and shippers to identify commercial solutions and secure any necessary approvals.
• Supporting the Commercial Director to ensure key stakeholders have a good understanding of commercial activities and any actions required.

Applicants should have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

• Degree-qualified professional with strong work experience in the upstream commercial area.
• Must have prior experience with an oil and gas operator, including good working knowledge of industry standard agreements relating to infrastructure assets.
• Ability to work collaboratively to develop and deliver timely commercial win-win solutions.
• Proven ability to form credible and trusting working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
• Ability to work as part of the team, as well as autonomously.
• Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to deliver results.
