month temporary assignment for an Accounts Assistant. This will be an Accounts Payable focussed role involved in processing purchase invoices, dealing with invoice queries assisting with the preparation of the payment run. Previous accounts processing experience is essential.
- Purchase invoice processing.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Handling and rectifying invoice queries.
- Participating in payment run preparation.
- Collating information for the annual audit and ad-hoc reviews as required.
- Producing reports as required.
- Any other tasks that are required.
