Temporary Administrator - VR/23297
Located in Fraserburgh there is an immediate requirement for a Temporary Administrator to provide support for a period of 6-8 weeks. Candidates should have experience in a similar, practical office based role and be available to start immediately.
We are supporting with an excellent opportunity available in Fraserburgh for a dedicated and conscientious individual to join a busy team. The successful candidate will provide admin support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Undertaking filing and maintaining all computerised records.
- Scanning documents.
- Undertaking all internal and external mail duties including sorting and distributing of incoming mail and sending of external mail and banking duties.
- Undertaking front of house duties including greeting clients and visitors; directing them to correct person and monitoring access and security arrangements.
- Undertaking ad-hoc activities.
