Timekeeper - VR/23043
We are supporting our Energy Services client looking to add 2 Offshore Timekeepers to their team for 6 months initially. This is an urgent requirement and they are looking for ASAP starts. Currently working from home, there may be requirements to go into the office in future.
This role will support with the collation and input of timesheets for offshore staff over the shutdown period. Duties will include:
- Inputting of hours into time-writing system.
- Ensuring timesheet content is accurate, correctly coded and in line with contract terms and conditions.
- Weekly and monthly man-hour reports.
- Supporting with any queries.
- Assisting with payroll process.
Hours are 37.5 / week across and there will be a rotation (Sun-Thurs and Mon-Fri).
This role requires a numerate, analytical background and an inquisitive nature. You must be computer literate and will ideally have ERP systems experience. The ideal applicant will have experience in payroll or a similar time-writing role.
This is an urgent requirement and you must be able to start immediately.
