Training Support Administrator - VR/25867
A custom training company located in Stonehaven are on the search for a Training Support Administrator to help with the day to day running of the business. This role will initially be starting with the business on a temporary basis, however due to workload there is the view to make it permanent with the right person in post. This is an exciting opportunity to any individual who is looking to get back into work, are maths and tech savvy along with the ability to work on own.
As Training Support Administrator, you will be supporting the company with various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of day to day business.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Drafting new training documents.
- Data input.
- Using Learning Management System for drafting and checking documents.
- Looking after office facilities and booking meeting rooms.
Applicants to this role require:
- Good attention to detail.
- Creativity.
- Willingness to learn.
- IT savvy.
- Experience using Microsoft Packages, specifically Excel and Word.
