Billing Administrator (6 Months) – VR/23702
Billing Administrator required for a 6-month assignment. Assisting the UKCS Assistant Accountants, you will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely client invoicing packs.
Individuals should have prior billings or sales invoicing experience and be available either immediately or at short notice.
As Billings Administrator you will hold responsibility for the following:
- Preparing the sales invoices backup for internal review.
- Submitting sales invoices to central billing team for processing.
- Assisting Finance Team and Operations with monthly reactive billing.
- Maintaining internal control logs on billing.
