Contracts Assistant - VR/16677
This is an excellent opportunity to join our client, a leading service provider to the oil and gas industry, for a 12 month contract.
Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Assisting in the development of contract strategy documents.
- Providing assistance in ITT packages – from initial review of bids through to clarification and contract award.
- Assisting in the preparation of approved contracts and logging any change / amendments.
- Raising call-offs and assist with query resolution for invoicing.
Applicants to this role should offer knowledge and experience of contracts administration, excellent communication skills and be able to work under minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines.
