Credit Control Assistant – VR/23823
We are beginning the run up to Christmas with a Credit Control position with a market leading integrated solutions company that services the energy and defence industries on a worldwide scale. You will be required to undertake effective financial transaction processing.
Those with similar experience in a credit control or sales invoicing environment are encouraged to apply.
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager you will hold responsibility for the following:
- Distributing daily sales invoices, monthly statements, overdue letters and remittances.
- Uploading daily invoices onto customer portals.
- Running credit reports to assist in New Account Application Process.
- Setting up new customer accounts, ensuring accurate entry in Syspro database.
- Handling of all outgoing mail including working in the mailroom to prepare all mail for collection.
- Assisting with processing of periodic and special invoices.
- Preparing and processing the account receivable banking.
