Hire and Sales Coordinator required. This is a permanent opportunity, based in the Bridge of Don area in Aberdeen. As a Hire and Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering high quality internal sales and hire service to all clients. Well-suited to applicants with previous experience in Internal Sales.
As a Hire and Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high quality internal sale and hire service to all clients. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Producing and maintaining all sales and hire documentation.
- Liaising with clients.
- Ensuring on time and accurate delivery.
- Responding promptly with customer enquiries.
- Ensuring correct materials and equipment are readied and complies with statutory requirement, client and client contract.
Applicants to this role should have previous experience in an internal sales role. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and have strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office. You must be able to prioritise and manage a busy workload with attention to detail. Experience of lifting industries and products would be beneficial, with knowledge of the Offshore Oil and Gas industry.
