Key responsibilities include daily banking, rental payment processing, handling supplier invoices, ensuring property compliance, and addressing queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing daily banking tasks.
• Managing rental payments and supplier invoices.
• Organising gas safety and other certification required for leased properties to comply with legislation.
• Dealing with rental queries.
• Dealing with enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and outside contractors and organising work including repairs.
• Keeping file notes and sending Inspection Reports to Landlords.
• Dealing with lease endings.
• Diary management for property viewings.
• Monitoring and dealing with requests.

Experience:

• Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping.
  Excellent communication skills.
  Must be organised and able to work on own initiative.
• Good team player.
  Good IT skills on all Microsoft programmes.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have full, clean driving licence and own car.
• Previous experience in leasing or property management.
