Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively seeking cost-efficient ways to transport goods.
• Ensuring that goods coming into the country which are due to be fully exported are transported in a well-organised and efficient manner.
• Identifying and resolving any customs problems, alongside undertaking any import and export paperwork and documentation.
• Organising timely deliveries.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure all paperwork regarding dispatches is completed correctly and efficiently.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and customers to produce high customer satisfaction rates.
• Assisting with any essential administrative responsibilities.

Applicants to this position should have previous experience within a logistics or customs environment and have knowledge of import / export documentation. Excellent communication, high attention to detail and IT literacy are also essential skills for this role.
