Mobilisation & Logistics Coordinator - VR/20724
A permanent opportunity for a Mobilisation & Logistics Coordinator to join a reputable company based in Westhill.
As a Mobilisation & Logistics Coordinator you will be organising and overseeing the movement of goods and services in relation to the mobilisation of equipment and resources for operational requirements. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting onshore logistics.
- Contributing in developing procedures for procurement and logistics.
- Ensuring there are correct and sufficient materials available for each mobilisation activity.
- Assisting personnel as a part of the mobilisation at point of activity i.e. onshore, site location.
- Defining and resolving logistics issues in warehouse and yard requirements.
The applicants to this role should offer the following:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain.
- 2 years supervisory or management level experience.
- Understanding of safety regulations and warehouse management.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of operational process.
- IT literate – proficient in MS products.
