Part-Time HR Coordinator - VR/17144
Our busy oil service client have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a job-share basis. This permanent and part-time role is best suited to a flexible and well-rounded Generalist with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- In partnership with fellow post-holder, support HR Management Team with a wide-range of periodic and ad-hoc HR initiatives.
- Managing training plans, monitoring compliance with company and industry requirements.
- Administering employee database, producing periodic reports.
- On-going development of internal policies and processes.
- Involvement in HR project work.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
- CIPD qualification or progress towards (desirable).
- Highly organised, team-orientated, value-adding.
