Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will involve:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Running monthly UK and Norway payroll process.
• Gathering data internally and from third-parties in preparation of sending payroll input files to payroll providers.
• Ensuring data in Workday is correct in advance of payroll providers collecting data through payroll integration.
• Performing required checks on reports from payroll provider against information in Workday and internal spreadsheets to ensure correct payments to employees and correct benefit and statutory payment amounts are processed.
• Ensuring required internal and external reporting and other actions are carried out once monthly payroll run has been completed.
• Dealing with any employee queries.
• Ensuring all statutory reporting is completed on time and accurately.

Other Duties

• Running weekly expenses process ensuring what has been claimed is in line with policy and sufficient backup has been provided with expense claim.
• Working with the Payroll Manager on regular / monthly reporting whether from Workday or Payroll or combined, includes but not limited to – monthly headcount, absence and payroll, and resourcing / talent reporting.
• Data audits to ensure employee data and systems are kept up to date at all times.
