Payroll & Reward Analyst – VR/23837
Payroll and Reward Analyst for 12 months maternity cover. Candidates with previous payroll experience required who are used to working with and presenting data with an analytical focus. The role requires ability to deliver deadlines, possess attention to detail and solve problems. Good Excel skills are essential.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will involve:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Running monthly UK and Norway payroll process.
- Gathering data internally and from third-parties in preparation of sending payroll input files to payroll providers.
- Ensuring data in Workday is correct in advance of payroll providers collecting data through payroll integration.
- Performing required checks on reports from payroll provider against information in Workday and internal spreadsheets to ensure correct payments to employees and correct benefit and statutory payment amounts are processed.
- Ensuring required internal and external reporting and other actions are carried out once monthly payroll run has been completed.
- Dealing with any employee queries.
- Ensuring all statutory reporting is completed on time and accurately.
Other Duties
- Running weekly expenses process ensuring what has been claimed is in line with policy and sufficient backup has been provided with expense claim.
- Working with the Payroll Manager on regular / monthly reporting whether from Workday or Payroll or combined, includes but not limited to – monthly headcount, absence and payroll, and resourcing / talent reporting.
- Data audits to ensure employee data and systems are kept up to date at all times.
