Project Administrator - VR/21695
Located in Westhill this respected organisation are looking to add a Project Administrator to their team on a permanent basis. Candidates should ideally be available at short notice for this busy and varied role. Previous experience with Sharepoint / Office 365, alongside experience in the Oil and Gas industry would be essential for this position.
This role will be providing a range of administration support to the Project Team within the organisation.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Project set up via SharePoint.
- Booking meetings.
- Organising lunches.
- Attending project meetings, and taking minutes.
- Document control and formatting.
- Booking travel.
- Preparing work packs.
- Organising team building events.
- Carrying out ad hoc duties as required.
Candidates require:
- Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Good organisational skills.
- Excellent SharePoint / Office 365 experience.
- Working practice of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage own and varied workload.
