TMM Recruitment is supporting our client an established construction business with the appointment of a Purchase Ledger Clerk. The role will be mainly focussed around accounts payable and previous experience in this area is essential.


Reporting to the Financial Controller:

  • Processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Chasing missing GRNS and obtaining approval for unmatched and held invoices.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Preparing and checking payment runs.
  • Assisting with the processing and payment of subcontractor payments and certificates.
  • Assisting the Accounts Team with other duties including sales invoicing.
