This role will support the Sales and Marketing Team to drive forward revenue and sales and manage new and existing client relationships. There is the opportunity for this role to be taken at Supervisor or Manager level, depending on experience. A sample of some typical, yet not exhaustive duties and responsibilities are noted below:

• Ensuring a timely and professional response to all queries.
• Achieving repeat business.
• Working with Senior Management to develop KPIs.
• Preparing and analysing sales reports.
• Representing at industry events.
• Maximising and increasing revenue.
• Implementing administration procedures.
• Generating and converting leads.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Applicants to this role require:

• A background within the hospitality industry, preferably from a supervisory capacity within hotels.
• Previous supervisory / managerial experience is required respectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to network and forge professional working relationships.
• Strong IT skills, being computer literate, with PMS and CRM systems experience being preferred.
