This is a project-based position, with the occasional requirement to provide support to the tendering team to quality client contracts and MSAs (emphasis on legal review of terms).

Working as part of a small team, you will be required to handle a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment. You should be familiar with LOGIC, BIMCO and Supplytime-based contract Ts&Cs.

Experience of drafting terms and conditions, managing main contract and negotiating with key subcontracts is essential, whilst experience of drafting business management processes would be beneficial.
