Senior HR Administrator - VR/17894
We are supporting our multinational service client with a sought-after Senior HR Administrator vacancy.
This permanent and brand-new position will play a key role within a small regional HR function, with visibility across the business. Ideal candidates will be degree-qualified and have experience in a similar role, as well as being ambitious, flexible and keen to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR and personnel database-related queries.
- Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations.
- Responsible for all new start administration and inductions.
- Supporting recruitment and training for the business.
- Any other relevant duties as required by the company.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Generalist HR role.
- Degree qualified – business related subject preferred.
- HRIS experience – desirable but not essential.
- Strong written and oral communication.
