TMM Recruitment is EXCLUSIVELY supporting our client’s search for a Senior HR Advisor, for a 6-month assignment in Aberdeen. This project-focused and largely standalone position is best suited to a CIPD-qualified Generalist with experience of TUPE processes, Union negotiation, international employment legislation and reward planning.

     

Overview:

As Senior HR Advisor, you will act as the main HR focal point for 1 of the company’s divisions, with a particular focus on significant Tender processes.  You will provide Management with HR guidance and support throughout, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

     

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Producing detailed HR Management Plans for each Tender process.
  • Providing guidance regarding country-specific TUPE legislation and local salary bandings / tax regimes.
  • Supporting the design of Compensation and Benefit structures specific to each international location.
  • Creating recruitment strategy and plans suited to local marketplaces, advising on work permits and visas.
  • Providing HR input for country start-ups.
  • Where required, researching international employment legislation and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance throughout each process.

     

Applicants to this role require:

  • Significant generalist HR experience gained within a fast-paced and complex (multinational) environment.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of TUPE processes.
  • Experience of Tender support work and Compensation and Benefit planning.
  • Availability to start IMMEDIATELY and commit for the full duration of the contract, which may be extended beyond the initial 6-month period.
  • Capacity to work from home initially (in line with government guidance) with occasional spells in the office where required.
