It is the main purpose of these roles to support with the smooth and efficient passenger check in process. There are a wide range of day to day duties which re involved in this role and a selection are noted below for review:

• Preparing for and completing flight preparation checks.
• Ensuring passengers have the correct, valid and required travel documentation.
• Ensuring relevant safety checks are completed.
• Relevant checks for medication.
• Calling flights in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Completing passenger briefings.
• Dealing with delays, queries or other issues.
• Supporting with freight and dangerous goods to ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidates applying for these roles should ideally have:

• Practical working experience of the Vantage system.
• Experience from the aviation industry would be essential.
