The Site Manager is responsible for the delivery of all services on the pharmaceutical site at Montrose.  This includes Electrical and Instrumentation as well as Scaffolding, Insulation, and Painting services currently with others from our portfolio to be potentially added over time.  The role involves leading the site team of some 50+ personnel across all of these trades, ensuring that all activities are undertaken safely and efficiently.  The role also requires coordination and management of multiple clients and stakeholders at site to ensure delivering of services, whether they be covering maintenance or project work.  This is a high-profile role, on a high-profile client site, and is a key part of the Regional Leadership Team.

Applicants to this role require

• Experience of operating at a senior level on industrial sites, preferably COMAH site or equivalent.
• Experience in delivery and delivering improvement in a contract environment.
• Experience of managing an Operational Delivery Team.
• Responsibility for contract P&L’s.
• Experience in Initiating, developing and operating a culture of continuous improvement through KPIs, Leading Indicators etc.
