Overview job description
As Financial Controller for business unit in the UK you will be responsible for the accurate and timely accounting and reporting of monthly financial information.
This is a hands-on role and you will oversee the business unit finance team to coordinate the preparation of the monthly financial reports, including a fully reconciled balance sheet. You will be working to tight reporting deadlines and will establish and maintain appropriate controls in line with company, SOX and UK GAAP requirements. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external audit. You will also be responsible for the supervision of the Finance Team and will be actively involved in the personal and professional development of the team members. You should be keen to take on fresh challenges, develop your technical and interpersonal skills, as well as expand your knowledge and experience.

- Professional accountancy qualification.
- Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing business.
