Permanent opportunity for an Account Manager to join our client based in Dyce. In your role, you’ll create and manage relationships with key clients. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

    

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Acting as the primary contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on deliverables and expectations.
  • Developing strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention rates. Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Engaging with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as sales, customer service, marketing, and production to ensure seamless communication and execution of client requirements.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address challenges, and explore opportunities for growth.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote brand awareness.
  • Tracking key performance metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations to update stakeholders on client relationship status and progress.

        

Applicants to this role require

  • Proven experience in account management, CRM implementation, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
