Accounts Assistant - VR/27576
6-month temporary contract to assist with a tidy up of credit control and purchase invoices prior to an ERP system change later in the year. You will provide support in both purchase and sales ledger as well as credit control.
Individuals should ideally be available at short notice and have demonstrable credit control and AP experience.
As an Accounts Assistant your role will entail the following:
- Supporting with credit control.
- Processing purchase invoices.
- Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs.
- Assisting with month end close processes.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Accounting and Reporting Manager.
