Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This would be supporting the Financial Controller and Accountant; this is a newly generated role due to company growth so there is ample opportunities for the successful candidate. This role would focus on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Balance Sheet work. Previous experience in these areas is a requirement.


Full Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and bank control schedules.
  • Handling the preparation and processing of journal entries for the Nominal Ledger.
  • Creating and maintaining supporting schedules and reconciliations for the Balance Sheet.
  • Performing additional ad hoc tasks as needed.
