Assistant Accountants with 3 years’ experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply, as are those who are currently studying for a professional accounting qualification. You will have the ability to produce management accounts’ up to trial balance stage and hold an analytical mindset and positive, proactive approach to work.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Assistant Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the Finance Team.
• Ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded and reported on in a timely manner in conjunction with deadlines.
• Supporting the ongoing management of the ERP system.
• Supporting continuous improvement of internal control and standard operating procedures.
• Supporting adhoc projects.

Experience of NAV would be beneficial. Strong track record of interfacing with multiple stakeholders, and being organised, diligent, and dynamic, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery deadlines is required.
