Company/Corporate Secretary - VR/22404
Company / Corporate Secretary required on a permanent basis to join an international offshore drilling, well service and engineering company with their head office based in Aberdeen. The company have entered a number of long term contracts in recent years providing a strong foundation for additional investments and disciplined growth in the North Sea and other selected areas.
The company established a UK based Board of Directors in January 2019 and the Corporate / Company Secretary will provide ongoing support to the Board.
The organisation is keen to see applications from experienced Company Secretaries, In-House or Corporate / Commercial Paralegals or alternatively experienced Executive Assistants with exposure to supporting board level individuals.
Some legal experience / knowledge would be ideal alongside an understanding of corporate structures. The successful individual will review policies and procedures, produce the annual report and will be instrumental in both internal and external communications.
You must be extremely organised and capable of meeting deadlines. A professional demeanour is a must alongside strong communication skills and the ability to navigate interactions with senior staff.
