Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing and administration of business intelligence solutions across the organisation.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Improving the reporting generated from the various operational systems across the business streams.
• Reviewing various systems and business procedures with a view to automating processes where applicable.
• Designing and developing visualisation dashboards for key performance indicators across each business and be responsible for administering them going forward.
• Assisting with general IT helpdesk queries.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experienced with PowerBi or other data visualisation programmes.
• Possess a positive attitude and can work well with others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of supporting cloud and locally hosted applications
• Ability to perform tasks and achieve results ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently.
