Document Controller and Project Admin Assistant - VR/20623
We are supporting with the appointment of a Part Time Document Control and Project Admin Assistant.
This position will include supporting the company’s Document Control function, assisting with various projects, and providing ad hoc support to the Document Control Team. The right candidate will have excellent communications skills, be extremely organised and be competent in working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Duties will include:
- Amending electronic documents.
- Managing documents using Microsoft software.
- Supporting the document control team.
Candidates should:
- Have excellent written skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Have advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Have experience in using document control and management systems.
