As Expeditor, you will be a key member working within Operations. The role requires a dynamic, driven, and methodical individual who will maximise customer service for your product line. You will be the direct point of contact for your customers.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Expediting up and down stream process, including all functions within the supply chain.
• Being in regular communication with planning and production to increase your knowledge of order status and add value to your conversations with customers.
• Driving all your requirements through processes, to ensure schedule integrity.
• Identifying risk to orders and suggest/act on recovery plans to minimize impact to your client.
• Absorbing priorities and identifying options to meet client needs, while analysing the impact of schedule changes both to other customer orders and financially. You will ensure these priorities are handled effectively and quickly.
• Translating customer feedback into the Operations Team, and ensuring requirements are scheduled through our process to meet the needs of the client.
