Rate: Available Upon Request
Immediate need for a Financial Accountant for a 3 to 6-month period. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager and will collaborate closely with the wider Finance Team to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reporting.
Working with minimal supervision, the central focus of the role will be split across:
- Balance sheet analysis.
- Variance analysis.
- Forecast process governance.
- Special projects.
Key accountabilities include:
- Ensuring accurate and comprehensive reporting of BU financial transactions.
- Assisting in maintaining an up-to-date accounting system reflecting current business and contract structures.
- Leading the monthly reforecasting process.
- Assisting in controlling accounting system master data structures.
- Producing and processing accounting inputs for management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and liaising with business unit finance stakeholders.
- Supporting ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Supporting throughout audit process.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
