Hire Coordinator - VR/26222
Hire Coordinator required to join our client in Dyce on a permanent staff basis. In this varied and interesting role, you’ll be involved with coordinating the hire and sale of equipment and personnel.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Dealing with customer hire/sales queries and quotations.
- Processing hires and sales orders.
- Assisting with customer invoicing.
- Preparing of equipment documentation and transport.
- Planning the personnel logistics/travel.
- Any other ad hoc administration duties.
Applicants to this position should have previous experience in a similar role and ideally have working knowledge of Microsoft AX or InspHire. Being a team player, good communicator and diligent are also essential qualities to have to be successful in this role.
