Invoicing Administrator - VR/20671
Our client, based in Aberdeen, is looking for an Invoice Administrator to join their team on a contract basis for a duration of 12 months. Candidates applying must have experience with high volumes of invoice processing and should preferably have an Oil and Gas background.
- Preparing sales invoices (high-volume).
- Generating sales invoices (high-volume).
- Collating information form a variety of sources (timesheets, AX etc).
- Ensuring compliance with contracts currently in place.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service.
- Issuing invoices within agreed timetables.
- The successful candidate must have a strong track record of maintaining client / supplier relationships.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
