Leasing Adviser - VR/26351
TMM are supporting with the appointment of a Leasing Advisor on a permanent basis. This full-time role will be located in Aberdeen and candidates should be proactive, motivated ideally have some property or customer service-based experience. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as it involves visiting multiple property sites to conduct viewings. Typical Duties Include:
- A proactive individual who can work under own initiative.
- Ad-hoc admin duties to support the wider team.
- Assist team in discovering suitable tenants.
- Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management database.
- Coordinating and scheduling lease applications and adhering to compliance requirements.
- Marketing all rental listings through open houses and individual showings.
- Negotiating lease terms with landlords and property management companies.
- Coordinating and scheduling lease applications and adhering to compliance requirements.
- Preparing all lease-related paperwork.
- Managing regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Responding to queries / leads and conducting property inspections.
- Supporting legal and general advisory needs.
