Working in a small organisation is all encompassing and the role of Marketing & Communications Manager is no different. You will be responsible for leading all campaigns, delivering initiative and evaluating effectiveness of these.

Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Delivering the multi-channel marketing strategy across all platforms.
• Analysing engagement and identifying key patterns.
• Maintaining and generating exciting content for the main website.
• Ensuring all marcomms activity is in line with brand guidelines.
• Managing all PR.
• Managing a team of 2.

• Able to provide support to all business units.
• Prioritise a busy workload and manage deadlines.
