Operations Support Advisor - VR/29099

Our client based in Dyce is looking for an Operations Support Advisor to join on a hybrid, full time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will have existing experience of working within a finance-based role. Strong communication and customer based exposure can be demonstrated.

     

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Aiding in the processing of accounts payable invoices as instructed.
  • Ensuring the prompt submission of accounts payable invoices to the Head Office.
  • Supporting the processing of sales invoices for all departments as directed.
  • Verifying the receipt of purchase order number requests from clients.
  • Coordinating client-specific Periodic invoicing as instructed.
  • Providing administrating assistance to all departments upon request.
  • Creating and maintaining client-specific reports using Excel upon request.
  • Assisting in successfully concluding the financial month end.
  • Coordinating the compilation of proof of export records for specific clients.
