Part Time Accounts Assistant - VR/25311
Exclusive part time permanent opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a specialist service company based in the North of Aberdeen. This would be a varied position in which would you would be involved with accounts payable and accounts receivable, bookkeeping, invoices and credit control.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, duties and responsibilities include:
- Creating new customers in accounts system.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Processing all employee expenses.
- Processing petty cash and reconciling on a monthly basis.
- Chasing outstanding payments.
- Daily banking.
Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar varied accounts role.
- Experience using Dynamics Navision (Advantageous).
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
