Part Time Accounts Receivable Assistant - VR/18775
Our client, based West of Aberdeen is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team on a part-time permanent basis, working 25 hours over 5 days.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly daywork and recharge invoices.
- Ensuring appropriate back up for each invoice as requested by the client.
- Ensuring timely preparation of invoices in accordance with Archer’s monthly timetable.
- Ensuring recharges are billed out within the allowed timescale in client contracts.
- Liaising with client regarding any overdue invoices.
