We are working with a commercial facilities specialist in their search for a Part Time Accounts Assistant. Previous finance experience is required, however training on the Clik and HUBDOC system will be given.

   

This is a 4 hours per day, 20hours per week role, situated onsite at the company’s premises in Tullos where you will work alongside a small team. Flexibility will be offered as to how the 4 hours are made up. 

      

You will hold responsibility for the following: 

  • Managing the HUBDOC system with respect of invoicing, vendor statements.
  • Matching, inputting and posting purchase invoices onto Xero.
  • Chasing missing invoices.
  • Raising Pos.
  • Credit Control.
  • General business support.

     

Previous experience of Xero would be advantageous.
