Part time Accounts Assistant - VR/23428
We are working with a commercial facilities specialist in their search for a Part Time Accounts Assistant. Previous finance experience is required, however training on the Clik and HUBDOC system will be given.
This is a 4 hours per day, 20hours per week role, situated onsite at the company’s premises in Tullos where you will work alongside a small team. Flexibility will be offered as to how the 4 hours are made up.
You will hold responsibility for the following:
- Managing the HUBDOC system with respect of invoicing, vendor statements.
- Matching, inputting and posting purchase invoices onto Xero.
- Chasing missing invoices.
- Raising Pos.
- Credit Control.
- General business support.
Previous experience of Xero would be advantageous.
