Due to an increasing demand for their IT solutions and services, our client based in Cullen, Moray require a Telesales Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.

Our client has been offering bespoke IT solutions to businesses all across the UK for over 35 years. Whilst they have offices based in Cullen, Rhyl, and Huddersfield, they provide support to businesses remotely all across the UK. They’re now looking to expand their team and take on a confident, polite and hardworking Telesales Representative to help the business grow and succeed.

Main duties and responsibilities

Introducing yourself to prospective new clients by telephone calling.
Generating interest in the company's products & services and making appointments for their sales personnel.
Following up campaigns via email and phone.

Applicants to this position should have previous experince in a similar role and must have a confident and polite telephone manner.
