Payroll Coordinator - VR/19007
Our client based in Aberdeen is looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate with have relevant experience and a proven track record of the Payroll function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gathering and preparing payroll data.
- Extracting salary reports from system and capturing timesheet pay.
- Performing manual payroll calculations.
- HMRC correspondence.
- Preparing monthly journal for payroll entries.
- Maintaining spreadsheets for holiday pay.
- Assisting with pension auto enrolment / payments / admin duties.
- Maintaining payroll records.
