Working as the front facing member of the building, you’ll be encouraged to provide service with a smile, with a professional and motivated attitude when conducting your day to day duties.

As Receptionist, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Answering the mainline.
• Greeting all visitors to the establishment.
• Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries made to the premise.
• Manage keys to company’s property portfolio, and ensuring they are logged / registered correctly.
• Additional administrative support will also be required.

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service and communication skills in order to conduct the role well. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and within a close-knit team. Experience within Microsoft Office would also be ideal.
